Executive and Personal Coaching

We offer a coaching relationship to help clients define where improvement is needed, examine barriers, take action and measure results. Whereas consulting is a process in which the consultant brings solutions to specific problems, our coaching is designed to enable the client to resolve challenges and build a permanent set of tools to move forward. Our coaching seeks to move the client to independence by transfering accountability from the coach to the client. Coaching is a co-creative process where the coach sets structures and tasks to bring about specific results.

Personal Coaching focuses on enabling the individual to accomplish specific goals in his or her life by first being accountable to the coach and later learning to internalize that accountability. We begin and end with the client's agenda and bring our experience and resources to the relationship.

Business and Executive Coaching focuses on issues related to how the individual can help the business be more successful and enhance the client's worth to that business. Some personal coaching may be involved.
